EvenMix® stands out in the industry with our energy-efficient mixer design. Thanks to our development team, which includes a former NASA engineer, we've created mixers that deliver superior performance while using minimal energy. Our electric drive mixer operates at just 4 Amps maximum, compared to competitors that require 12 Amps. To put this in perspective, our mixer uses the same amount of energy as a ceiling fan, while others use as much as a portable pizza oven. Despite using only one-third of the energy, EvenMix® produces 30 NM of torque (22 Ft. Lbs.), which is 50% more than competitors' typical 20 NM (15 Ft. Lbs.). Our pneumatic motors are equally impressive, using about 13 CFM compared to the industry standard of 30 CFM. Again, we generate more torque while consuming just one-third of the energy other mixers require. EvenMix® mixers are also remarkably lightweight at just 9-12 lbs., while traditional mixers weigh between 25-100 lbs. This eliminates the need for forklifts and reduces workplace safety concerns. Proudly made in the USA, our tote mixing systems are designed, developed, and manufactured in Cleveland. Our patented blade design creates a 3D mixing action that reaches even the bottom corners of containers for more uniform mixing. The EvenMix® IBC Tote Mixer is constructed from reinforced steel capable of bearing 800-inch pounds of force. We use 316 stainless steel with Powder Coat Epoxy, ensuring chemical resistance during mixing operations. Our unique folding blade design fits through a 6-inch opening and then expands to distribute contents evenly throughout the container.
