Wondercraft Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction Welcome to the Wondercraft Affiliate Program. These terms and conditions are intended to guide and establish a beneficial relationship between Wondercraft ("Company") and you, the Affiliate. By participating in the Program, you agree to adhere to these terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility To be eligible for the Wondercraft Affiliate Program, affiliates must be 18 years of age or older and must complete the Program application process. Approval is at the discretion of the Company.

3. Affiliate Obligations As an affiliate, you agree to:

 
1. Promote Wondercraft products in a manner that is ethical and in line with our brand values.
2. Ensure that all promotional materials are truthful and not misleading.
3. Disclose the affiliate relationship clearly in all promotions.
 

4. Commission Structure

 
1. Affiliates will receive a commission for each sale made through their unique affiliate links.
2. Commissions are only paid on sales that are not refunded or charged back.
 

5. Payment Terms

 
1. Payments will be made monthly.
2. All payments are subject to audit and verification by Wondercraft.
 
3. Prohibited Keywords for Advertising Affiliates are strictly prohibited from using the following keywords for advertising purposes:
    
   • Wondercraft
   • Wonder craft
   • Wonder Audio
   • Canva for Audio
   • Wondercraft Voices
   • AI Voice
   • AI Podcast
   • AI Audio
   • AI Audio Ad
   • Convert [ ] to podcast
   • Audio Ad for [ ]
   • Any variations or misspellings of the above keywords.
 

6. Advertising Channels Affiliates are encouraged to promote through various channels but must refrain from any form of deceptive advertising including, but not limited to, spam, unsolicited commercial email, or unauthorized placements

7. Intellectual Property All trademarks, service marks, logos, and trade names of Wondercraft, whether registered or unregistered, are     proprietary to the Company and are protected by applicable trademark laws.

8. Term and Termination

 
1. The term of this Agreement will begin upon your acceptance into the Program and will end when terminated by either party.
2. Either the Affiliate or Wondercraft may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause.

9. Modification Wondercraft may modify any of the terms and conditions within this Agreement at any time and at its sole discretion. Modifications may include, but are not limited to, changes in the commission structure, payment procedures, and Affiliate Program rules.

10. Limitation of Liability Wondercraft will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages (loss of revenue, commissions) due to affiliate tracking failures, loss of database files, or any results of "intents of harm" to the program or our website.

11. Indemnification Affiliate shall indemnify and hold harmless Wondercraft and its affiliate and subsidiary companies, officers, directors, employees, licensees,  successors and assigns, including those licensed or authorized by Wondercraft to transmit and distribute materials, from any and all liabilities, damages, fines, judgments, claims, costs, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees and costs) arising out of or related to any and all claims sustained in connection with this Agreement  due to the negligence, misrepresentation, failure to disclose, or intentional misconduct of Affiliate.

12. Governing  Law The laws of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles, will govern this Agreement, your use of the Wondercraft Affiliate link, and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and the Company.

13. Acceptance By submitting the application (through our form) for the Wondercraft AffiliateProgram, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree with the terms and conditions above.
